Jane Oluwadare

Schooled as a medical Biochemist, the graduate of University of Ibadan has spent several years expressing the many facets to her personality, and is now committed to showing the next generation how to do everything, and win.

As a coach, she continues to work with individuals to work through choke points in their different facets, finding strategies that'll push them through to the next phase.

With over 15 years of sewing under her belt, she has not only constructed entire wardrobes from the scratch, she brings the wealth of exposure and experience to bear in running her fashion house (Hadassah's Stitches Fashion House) and teaching classes on garment construction, pattern drafting and the business of fashion.

A Global Youth Ambassador, she sits on the boards of several youth-led organizations in an advisory capacity; and continues to work with others to help develop children and young people to create a life of impact.

An avid food lover, chef and food critic, Hadassah spends her time creating new dishes, running ZoéSpice Kitchen and Events, as well as teaching uniquely crafted kitchen secrets to the next generation. She also puts all of her medical and nutritional experience together with over a decade of cooking and crafting recipes to create meal plans for her clients, helping them achieve a healthy lifestyle and desired body goal, based on everyday food items.

At the heart of her entrepreneurial ventures, she is the Executive Director of CriArt Skill Academy, a tech-driven school for creatives and by creatives to learn creative skills as backed up by their school curriculum, from the comfort of their homes.

An avid writer, her books and articles are available as e-copies, audiobooks and in print.

At Phronesis Lighthouse, she continues to link up people with knowledge, and ready to share, with people who are hungry to learn via programs, trainings, courses and networking events.

And at the very core of her being, Hadassah keeps chasing after The One who keeps her balanced, and finds the ultimate fulfillment in her fellowship with the Holy Spirit. She often shares the insights He teaches her on Personal Development, Business Development and Policy formation according to the Word with Deborah's Court (her ministry expression).

On Patriarchy…

18/08/2020 It’s not patriarchy in itself. That is not the problem.   It is how, over the course of generations, Men want to do less and less of the major (but not very visible) things that made their women treat them the way they love and...

Grow from Within

This hair holds a lot of lessons for me – like how giving something up on God’s instructions doesn’t mean that you’ve lost it, …or how it often comes back better, bigger than it was before, and sometimes in no time at...

Stop! Please, just stop!

It’s never about the victim. Abuse, in all its forms, is an expression of one human’s blatant disregard for the life and dignity of another human, regardless of gender, age, race, or position. It is an abuse of privilege, and the most...

I am Enough

No Fear, No Helplessness, No Defeat. In our last mail, we looked at fear: how to handle the emotion, push back on the feelings, reach around the scare and anxiety to push forward to success. (You can read a recap or download the audio file.) Today...

4 Books 1 Year – A Scribe’s Journey

It’s a nostalgic season: this past week made it a year since I published my first book: The CHASE In 365 days, it’s been followed by 3 more, and I’m working on the 5th book as I write this. When I think about...

I Miss You

I miss you! No kidding. I know I love to stay (and work) indoors, but this lockdown is a different scenario. I Miss being able to call for hangouts and have brainstorm sessions with so much light and wisdom blazing, warm bear hugs and kisses, plus...

Not-so-mindless Chatter

Rain patters The mad hatter should not be blamed for mindless chatter I would too, trapped as I am in an endless cycle of sunrises and sunsets without a clear distinction of what day it is The days of the week start to look like a mindless invention...

Sanity

Maybe we are mad, and they’re sane …cos sanity is usually predicated on the premise of the majority Different, yet needed… not weird Because we need answers, fresh and workable solutions very unlike what we do see The channels of...

Let Us Sew

The first time that I handled a needle and thread, I was an 8 year old determined to complete her term’s project for Family Living. Even though it took me twice the time it took the rest of my class, I pressed on through my summer break and...
